If a student needs to cancel and cannot attend the course for which they are registered, the course fees will be refunded minus a 15% administrative fee if the student has advised CSHS by phone 7 business days prior to the course date. If the request is received after this time, the student may reschedule for another course (of equal or lesser value) without any additional charge. Books, software and CD's and other proprietary instructional media issued to a student are non-refundable.

Classes are subject to cancellation due to low enrollment. Every effort will be made to notify students within 7 days of the class date and the student will be given the option of either a full refund of course fees or to reschedule for another course (of equal or lesser value) free of charge.
