CPHQ Review Course

Course Outline
This is a two-day CPHQ exam review with simulated exams, integrating the exam blueprint published by Healthcare Quality Certification Board (HQCB). The questions used in this review are illustrative of the type found on the CPHQ examination. The review will simulate the same questions’ percentage of the content categories (Management and Leadership; Information Management; Performance Measurement and Improvement; and Patient Safety) and the three cognitive levels (Recall, Application, and Analysis).
Day One
The first day will give you the edge you need. It prepares you for the latest computerized CPHQ exam, so you can pass. When it comes to CPHQ exam, it is not enough to have the knowledge, you need to learn how to critically think the question, analyze it, avoid the distracter and chose between the two best options.The following strategies will be discussed:
· The test format, grading policy and up to date changes on the test.
· How to develop critical thinking skills.
· How to analyze the question and identify the four critical elements.
· How to avoid “misreading” the question.
· How to avoid “reading into” the question.
· How to eliminate incorrect options.
· How to manage test anxiety
